i meant the url of your multiply site.
anyway, look for this code on your CSS:
div#owner_nav
under that tag there should be this string:
background: url("http://");

replace the string with this:
background: url("http://s551.photobucket.com/albums/ii473/rome_424/?action=view&current=mushroom-1.jpg");

you have to paste the entire CSS of your theme which includes the body, banner, footer and other elements at the Custom CSS. that way you will see what you've been working on.

if you noticed in your code, there are two div#owner_nav in it. so delete the first one so you can control that particular element of your page.
to show your entire pictuer, remove one of the height and it's values and replace the value of the other one to the height of your banner image. if you think it's too much, adjust the value again. i used 300px and it looks fine.
since your banner image is smaller than the alotted of 760px, you might want to center the image or adjust the height of the image to 760px;
to center it, delete the value of the background-position to center.

to move the menu bar lower, look for this code: div#subnavc and add this string: margin-top: 185px;

check your CSS for code repetition. i have also noticed there are two subnav and subnavc in it.

what would you like to do? would you like to hide the Title so it will only show the text in your image? or would you like to move the title instead?
to control that part of your page, look for this code: h1#page_owner_title
to hide it, add this string inside it display: none;
if you want to move it around add this code:
position: absolute;
right: 150px; <-- play with the values until you reach your preference position
