do you the CSS of your current theme?

if you’re using the base theme, get the CSS of the base theme you’re using here –> Base Themes and their CSS Codes

once you have it, paste it in the Custom CSS part

upload your banner image and get the URL CODE and then look for this string of code:
div.owner_nav

replace the url of the “background: url(urlofyourbanner);”
