I got it right already. It so happened that I was copying the URL of the image from my media locker. I created a new album for the image and copied the URL from there and it already worked! hehehe... tricky... but I love the new layout of my site now. the theme is just right for it. thank you so much for sharing this. now if it's not too much to ask, is it possible to remove the border line at the left side?
